Terms of service

These terms apply to any use of the site published by SPOTIZY LLC under the Ecom Brand Agency name. Using the site constitutes acceptance of the version of these terms in force on the date of the visit.

The site is intended solely for professionals acting in the course of their business. It is not directed at consumers and offers no online sales.

SPOTIZY LLC provides advisory and fractional growth leadership services: diagnosis of unit economics, a costed growth plan, direction of its execution, and handover to in-house teams.

These services are an obligation of means, not of result. No numeric commercial, advertising or financial performance guarantee is given, since such outcomes depend on factors outside the provider’s control — market, product, execution by the client’s teams, and decisions taken by third-party platforms.

Operational execution remains the responsibility of the client, its teams and its suppliers. The provider decides, prioritises and directs.

Nothing published on the site constitutes a contractual offer. An engagement begins only once a proposal or contract has been signed setting out scope, deliverables, duration, fees and termination terms.

Submitting the contact form creates no obligation on either side.

Without prior written permission, you may not:

• reproduce, extract or reuse all or part of the site’s content for commercial purposes;
• use automated extraction, scraping or indexing tools other than ordinary search engines;
• attempt to access non-public areas, disrupt the service, or probe its security;
• use the contact form for sales outreach or unsolicited messages.

The form is protected by a limit on submissions per IP address and by anti-automation measures. Abuse may result in a block without notice.

Any information shared by a prospect or client during preliminary discussions is treated as confidential, whether or not an NDA has been signed.

No client name, figure or engagement detail is published without the prior written permission of the company concerned.

The site’s content remains the exclusive property of SPOTIZY LLC. Deliverables produced during an engagement are governed by specific provisions in the engagement contract, including their assignment and use after the engagement ends.

The methods, analytical frameworks and models used remain the provider’s property, and the provider retains the right to reuse them.

The site is provided as is. Continuous availability is not guaranteed: interruptions may occur for maintenance or because of the host.

SPOTIZY LLC accepts no liability for decisions taken solely on the basis of information published on the site, outside any contracted engagement.

Within an engagement, and save for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, the provider’s liability is limited to the fees actually received for the engagement concerned.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, subject to mandatory protective provisions applicable in the professional client’s country of residence.

In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable resolution for thirty days before any proceedings. Failing that, the courts of the State of Delaware have jurisdiction, unless the engagement contract provides otherwise.
